Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products:
    1.1. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number:
    2.1. Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.
    2.2. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the return package.
  3. Return Shipping:
    3.1. For standard returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
  3. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will refund the original shipping costs as well.

Exceptions and Limitations:

  1. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  2. Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
  3. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products that are intended for personal use.
  4. This returns and refunds policy does not apply to any digital or downloadable products purchased from Roaming Lunchbox.
